Six of Swords and the Distance Between Us
We were separated by an entire ocean. I drew the Six of Swords for the present moment — transition, moving through turbulent waters. The reader told me this card wasn't about endings, but about passage. About moving through a necessary phase.
We didn't try to hold everything exactly as it had been. Instead, each month we shared a video call with intention — a theme, a card we chose together. We let the cards help us speak about what was difficult to say aloud across the distance.

Lessons learned
The Six of Swords taught me that transition doesn't always mean loss. Sometimes moving through difficult waters is exactly how we reach the shore we're meant for. Distance became not a barrier, but a threshold we crossed together, month by month, card by card.
